Using this website
This website is provided for information about Ottorigo products and to let you request a consultation or quote. Product images, specifications and finishes are shown as a guide. Because every system is made to measure, the exact specification, dimensions and finish of your installation are confirmed in your written quote.
The design consultation
A fee may apply for the in-home design consultation. Where it does, it is quoted and agreed with you in advance of your visit. The consultation gives you a design and a firm written quote; it does not commit you to buying. Booking a consultation is a request and is confirmed once we contact you to arrange a date.
Quotes and orders
Any price shown or discussed before a written quote is indicative. A binding price is set out in your itemised quote. Orders, lead times, warranties and installation are governed by the order documents you receive from Ottorigo or our UK distributor at the point of purchase.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including images, text and designs, belongs to Ottorigo or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent.
