Our elegant pergola designs feature sleek and subtle seams, a hidden internal rainwater run-off and drainage system, a temperature and tarnish resistant powder coated finish, and embedded LED lighting, held together by hidden stainless inox connection sheets and screws - a minimal, modern version of the traditional wooden pergolas found in gardens all over the world.
With systems as narrow or as wide as you want, and a maximum retractable roof expansion range of up to ten metres, whether you want a small sheltered patio or a complete garden conversion, we've got you covered.
Every system is made to measure. We survey the space, draw it around your house and manufacture it bespoke, then install it.

Features
Standard on every system.
- Fold the roof back for full sun or close it over for cover, at the push of a button, all year round.
- Rain drains away inside the frame, so there are no surface gutters to pool, stain or clog.
- Embedded LED lighting is built into the structure, ready for long evenings with nothing bolted on.
- The powder coated finish holds its colour through heat and weather instead of fading or corroding.
- Hidden stainless inox fasteners keep every joint clean and rust-free, with no visible bolts streaking the frame.
How the roof works
The roof folds back when it opens.
The roof is fabric, and it is fully retractable. Open it at the push of a button and the fabric folds back to leave the sky clear above you. Close it and the fabric covers the frame again.
All of it is electronic. Our fully retractable roof will transform the way you use your garden, without having to commit to sheltering off a section of it permanently.
Closed
The fabric covers the whole frame. It has 0% light transmission, so a closed roof is full shade and full cover, and the rain is carried away inside the frame by the hidden drainage system.
Open
The fabric folds back and you are sitting under open sky. Go from indoors to outdoors at the push of a button.
Automatic
Optional sun, rain and wind sensors detect the change in weather and open or close the system for you, whether you are in the garden or not.

A Standard Series on the Isle of Wight.
A coastal garden pavilion, built as a lean-to off the back of the house and lit for the evening. The LED lighting is embedded in the same beams that carry the fabric, so the light is part of the structure rather than something bolted onto it.
Sheltered against sea air and sudden weather when the roof is closed, and open to the sky when it is not.

787 POLYPLAN Tent Opaque 3D
Our Standard Series fabric is 100% PES / 1100 dTex, selected by us for its flexibility, temperature and weathering resistance, easy-to-clean surface and high tensile strength. It gives reliable protection against UV, rain and wind, and the wipe-down surface keeps the maintenance down to a cloth.
It is a 3D textured fabric. The geometric pattern is woven into it, not printed on it, so the roof catches light and shadow through the day and reads as a surface with depth rather than a flat sheet.

Photographed close up, so you can see what you are choosing. The geometric pattern is woven into every one of them - it is the same fabric throughout, and only the colour changes.
Colours are shown as photographs of the fabric and will read differently under your own light. Ask us for physical swatches before you decide.
