When you submit an enquiry or book a design consultation we ask for the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, location, the type of system you are interested in, your timeline and any project details you write in the message. We do not ask for payment details on this website.
How we use it
We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, arrange your consultation and prepare your quote. Your enquiry is emailed to our team so the right person can get back to you. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who handles your enquiry
Form submissions are delivered to the Ottorigo team by email. We use Resend (a transactional email provider) to deliver these messages and our website is hosted on Vercel. These providers process the data only to pass your enquiry to us.
Cookies and analytics
We only set non-essential cookies, such as website analytics, if you accept them in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics or advertising cookies are loaded. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser cookies for this site.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to handle your project and our records of it. If you would like your details removed, email info@ottorigo.com and we will delete them.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us at info@ottorigo.com and we will respond. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
